As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 scoops with 8 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before beginning activity. Due to the potency of this pre-workout product, it's highly recommended to assess tolerance by using a 1 scoop serving before consuming the normal 2-3 scoop serving. Some individual may find 1, 2 or 3 scoops per serving is the ideal dose for Maximum Energy, Strength, and Training Power.
