Directions for Athletic Xtreme: Slim FX 56 ct

As a dietary supplement test your tolerance by taking one (1) capsule in the morning for the first. After tolerance test, you may consider taking one (1) to two (2) capsules, one (1) time daily with or without food. May cause sleeplessness if consumed late day. Do not exceed two (2) capsules.
