Directions:

Take as directed by a healthcare professional, or as a dietary supplement, mix one packet with 20 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Stir, shake or blend well for 20-30 seconds or until Fusil? Lemon powder is completely dissolved. For a sweeter taste use less water and for a lighter taste add more water.
