Our protein pancake mixes are a blend of gluten free oats and buttermilk, loaded with 21g whey protein isolate, 6g fiber from flax meal and naturally sweetened with Stevia. Each serving contains 290 calories of explosive flavor and heart healthy ingredients.
Simply just mix the dry powder with water- stir and pour on your griddle! Don’t forget to be creative with your toppings too.
Gluten free oatmeal flour, whey isolate (whey isolate, flavoring, xanthan gum, stevia), buttermilk, flax chocolate chip (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), cinnamon, baking powder, salt, baking soda, stevia.
Whisk ? cup dry mix with ? cup cold water, just until ingredients are blended, then let batter rest for 3 minutes. Preheat the griddle to 325 degrees. Pour the batter into 2 six-inch pancakes. Cook until bubbles stop forming and edges are cooked, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
